Return / exchange policy
Zavius Jewelers accepts returns within 14 days from the date of purchase when accompanied with the original sales receipt. The merchandise must be unworn and in original condition. Refunds on credit card purchases will be credited to the credit card originally used. Refunds on cash purchases will be given by check. Refunds on purchases made by check will be given 10 days from the date on the original check. |
