Layaway Policy
Zavius Jewelers offers an interest free layaway program for 6 months. When merchandise is purchased through this program, a minimum deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price is required. The balance of the purchase price (80%) must be satisfied within 6 months of the deposit date. Monthly installments equal to 20% of total purchase price less deposit must be made. Refunds for merchandise on layaway will be given within 14 days of the deposit date. Layaway items returned after 14 days will be subject to a penalty restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price, and an in-store credit will be given for any sums in excess of 20% of the purchase. |
